By using the Whiskey Tracker Service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Use of the Service
The Service is a personal whiskey inventory and tasting journal application. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload content that is offensive, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including tasting notes, ratings, and images. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content as part of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Google Sign-In
The Service uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We receive only the minimum information necessary to identify and authenticate your account.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whiskey Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
